SixtyTwo MarcKet, the best of farm fresh cuisine

Looking for a great farm-to-table dining experience on Maui? Check out SixtyTwo MarcKet, a popular restaurant located in the heart of Wailuku Town, featuring seasonal fresh ingredients and a diversity of cooking styles.

Their menu, which rotates seasonally (every 62 days), is frequently complemented by specials drawing inspiration from what’s in harvest at that moment the very same day. During the spring, you might experience fresh asparagus and peas, and succulent spring lamb. During the summer months, the chefs might feature the best quality of mangos, papayas, avocados and fresh herbs from the garden and a wide selection of freshly harvested local vegetables.

According to restaurant owner Marc McDowell, “I moved to Maui 1990 and had worked as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef positions in multiple luxury resorts, from Grand Wailea, to Ritz Carlton, to Makena. Opening up my own restaurant has always been a dream of mine and I’m excited to have everyone experience our farm fresh cuisine.”

Dine in and take out. Online ordering is also available. SixtyTwo MarcKet also features self-branded spices, rubs and sauces using locally grown vegetables and herbs. According to Marc, “Our goal is to make the most of the local products, so everyone can enjoy the best of every preparation of the herbs and spices, whether they experience them in a dish, get them as gifts, or take them to savor at home.”
