In February 2022, Maui County launched “MAUI NUI FIRST,” a community-wide, collaborative effort to support our small businesses on Maui, Moloka‘i and Lana‘i. The purpose of Maui Nui First is to strengthen our islands’ economy by encouraging residents and visitors to think, support, and buy from local businesses FIRST.
The Maui Nui First program is coordinated and supported by the County of Maui Office of Economic Development.
The voluntary “Supporters” mentioned above have agreed to lend their support of the Maui Nui First program in an effort to support local businesses in Maui County.
