About Us
ResiRoots Cafe is a Kaua‘i-based food business rooted in a deep connection to land, culture, and community. They create gluten-free products from locally grown crops, working with farmers across the island while also growing kalo (taro), bananas, and cassava themselves. Their mission is to honor Hawai‘i’s ingredients by transforming them into everyday foods—from kalo croutons and snack mixes to single-crop flours and baking blends. Each product reflects the story of our island, supporting local agriculture while making these ingredients more accessible, versatile, and meaningful for both home cooks and chefs.
