Aloha Botanicals Maui offers a large selection of potted plants from nearly a half-acre of greenhouse space set in lush Haʻikū on the beautiful island of Maui. As one of the few plant nurseries on Maui open to the public, the focus is on creating a relaxed, informative experience with opportunities to interact directly with growers, gain new knowledge, and feel inspired to create a personal horticultural oasis.

Maui Forest Bird Recovery Project (MFBRP) is driven by science and dedicated to the conservation of Hawaiʻi’s native forest ecosystems. Formed in 1997, their mission is to develop and implement techniques that recover Maui’s endangered forest birds and restore their habitats through research, development, and application of conservation techniques. MFBRP is a conservation organization focused on the native bird species of Maui. Protecting our forest ecosystems and the species that call them home helps provide resources we all need. Your ticket to adventure on a PacWhale Eco-Adventures ecotour directly funds nonprofit Pacific Whale Foundation’s Research, Education and Conservation programs that work to protect marine wildlife and their ocean home. Pacific Whale Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 to protect a declining humpback whale population from global threats, including commercial whaling. Early pioneers in non-invasive whale research, their scientists began offering educational whale watches on the weekends, after studying whales and their ocean environment during the week. The trips were a means to share their findings, educate the public about whales, and raise needed funds for their research and conservation work. That same tradition continues today. PacWhale Eco-Adventures is 100% owned by Pacific Whale Foundation, as is their Maʻalaea Ocean Store and Online Ocean Store. The profits that they generate go to supporting Pacific Whale Foundation’s work to protect the ocean through science and advocacy, and to inspire environmental stewardship.
